MOVEMENT:

In this section we look at two videos, the first one being about advanced breathing techniques to help you get the most out of your workouts. The second one is a routine that you can practice to increase your fitness levels and movement patterns.

This is a drill that I developed to work on the hinge, swing and movement with each person. The movements are simple but give you a rounded acceleration after the TURNER 12. You must use this video along with the TURNER 12 on recovery days to keep the body moving and limber. If you have any back issues that we are working on then we should be working on separate things and only add this to your routine if we have agreed it.
