Step 1: Free Consultation Call
Duration: 15-20 minutes | Cost: Free
Before we begin, I take the time to understand your history, challenges, and goals. This short call helps determine whether my approach is the right fit for you. If we decide to move forward, the next step is a deep dive into your biomechanics.
Step 2: Movement Screening & Biomechanical Assessment
🎯 Duration: 90 minutes | Cost: £97
This 1-to-1 session (available in-person or online) evaluates your movement patterns, posture, and muscular imbalances. Think of it as a structural survey for your body—highlighting the key areas that need work.
What We Assess:
✔ Glute Function: Are your lower-body muscles working efficiently?
✔ Core Stability: How well does your core support movement and weight shifts?
✔ Thoracic Extension: Is your ribcage mobile, or is poor posture limiting you?
At the end of the session, you’ll receive a detailed movement report, including photos/videos, targeted release work, and corrective exercises tailored to your needs.
